Hong Kong is one of the two special administrative regions (SARs) of the People's Republic of China (PRC), along with Macau. It is a cosmopolitan city with a population of 7 million spreads over Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula, New Territories and over 260 outlying islands. The territory is located on the eastern side of the Pearl River Delta, bordering Guangdong province in the north and facing the South China Sea in the east, west and south.

DAY 1 HONG KONG - GUANGZHOU
Travel from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by the morning train. After a delicious
local-style lunch, make a half-day tour to the Dr Sun Yat-sen Memorial
Hall, the historic Temple of the Chen Family Ancestors and the Five
Rams Statue. (Lunch + Dinner)
DAY 2 GUANGZHOU - GUILIN
Fly to picturesque Guilin after breakfast. Transfer to your hotel,
enjoy lunch, then explore some of Guilin's classical scenery - if
time permits.

DAY 3 GUILIN
Spend the day gently cruising downstream on the Li River to the idyllic
village of Yangshuo (lunch is provided). After visiting a typical
local market, you will return to Guilin by coach. Dinner will be followed
by a lively show, starring traditional dances by Chinese minorities
in costume.

DAY 4 GUILIN - HONG KONG
Visit the Reed Flute Cave, Fubo Hill and Elephant Trunk Hill. Your
afternoon flight returns you to Hong Kong.
