Hong Kong is one of the two special administrative regions (SARs) of the People's Republic of China (PRC), along with Macau. It is a cosmopolitan city with a population of 7 million spreads over Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula, New Territories and over 260 outlying islands. The territory is located on the eastern side of the Pearl River Delta, bordering Guangdong province in the north and facing the South China Sea in the east, west and south.

    ITINERARY:

    DAY 1 HONG KONG - KUNMING
    Travel from Hong Kong to Kunming on the morning flight, transfer to your hotel on arrival. Enjoy a fascinating tour around the "City of Spring" and visit the emerald Green Lake. Your dinner will be accompanied by a performance by members of local ethnic minorities.

    DAY 2 KUNMING - STONE FOREST
    A day trip by coach to visit the Stone Forest, where you'll set eyes on wonderful natural limestone formations and visit the Sani minority village as they work on traditional handicrafts. Return to Kunming by coach.

    DAY 3 KUNMING-DALI
    Fly from Kunming to Dali and visit the gleaming Erhai Lake, the Butterfly Spring and the Temple of Three Pagodas.

    DAY 4 DALI- LIJIANG
    Catch our bus from Dali to visit the Old Town and the Black Dragon Pool Park in Lijiang.

    DAY 5 LIJIANG
    Today's excursion is visit to the beautiful Dragon Snow Mountain, the Dragon Spruce Meadow and the Sweet Sea Meadow, as well as the Baisha and Yufeng temples.

    DAY 6 LIJIANG - KUNMING
    Fly to Kunming, then proceed to the exceptionally lovely Dianchi Lake, referred to as the "Sparkling Pearl Embedded in the Highland". A visit to the Daguan Pavilion will also be arranged.

    DAY 7 KUNMING - HONG KONG
    Spend the morning at your leisure, before transferring to the airport after breakfast. Fly from Kunming to Hong Kong.
