Our Quotation for above China Packages included :

• Hotel accommodation based 03/04* with daily ABF per our attached list or similar, and the best available if the local category only reach up to 2*.
• Meals : Half board/Full board as specified on the itinerary and subject to the schedule of flight and train.
• Special meals/program :
  Beijing - Beijing Duck Dinner
  Shanghai - Acrobatic Show(Show only)
  Xian - Tang Dynasty Dancing(Show only)
• Child under 12 years will be charged 80% of the normal tour fare.
• English speaking local guide throughout in China.
• All domestic flight and necessary transfer in China. IN/OUT air ticket IF tour start/end in Hong Kong.
• All entrance fee.
• Join-in rate based on a MINIMUM of 2 persons.
• Soft berth on train. Based on 04 persons per cabin if any overnight train necessary.
• Flight/train schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
• Guilin - if not enough time to visit the Reed Flute Cave, will visit the "Kun Cave" during the Li River Cruise.
• Quotation is in net price and NON-COMMISSIONABLE.
  

Quotation not included :

• IN/OUT International air ticket.
• IN/OUT transfer TO/FROM Hong Kong.
• China Visa fee.
• National guide. (Who is the guide will be escorting the tour from the first city to the last city in China. Subject to request with surcharge.)
• No local guide will be accompanying the guest to board the train. (Local guide will see off guest from the train station only.)
• Airport departure tax. (Domestic USD6.00 approx. International USD11.00 approx. and are subject to change.)
  

Canton Trade Fair surcharge :

• For tour covering Canton during Trade Fair Period (14-30 Apr and 14-30 Oct each year), a surcharge of US$90 per pax per nite based on half twin will be applied. (Rate is subject to change)

Cancellation and charges :

• 100% of tour fare for cancellation notice 07 days prior departure.
• 70% of tour fare for cancellation notice 14 days prior departure.
• 50% of tour fare for cancellation notice 21 days prior departure
• Non-refundable deposit of USD150.00 per person once booking been confirmed by our office.
